Support business development by contributing to proposals for spin-off projects and new business opportunities. Proactively create and improve tools, techniques, and processes to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet technical specifications. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering A minimum of 5 years of experience managing engineering projects. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to report effectively to senior management and clients. Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
