Job Summary
Key
Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage audit engagements for diverse clients, including large multinational corporations, financial institutions, and public sector entities.
– Oversee the full audit process from planning to execution and reporting, ensuring adherence to global standards and local regulations.
– Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing insights and recommendations to improve business practices.
– Manage and mentor a team of junior auditors, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
– Ensure all audits are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality.
– Stay current with the latest changes in local and international accounting and audit regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
– Qualified Chartered Accountant essential – ACCA, CA, or CPA.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in external auditing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
– Experience working across various industries.
– Strong knowledge of IFRS and ISA.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
– Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
