Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.
- Ensure adherence to international accounting standards and local regulatory requirements.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and tax authorities.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
- Oversee cash flow, working capital, and risk management.
- Drive process improvements and digital transformation within the finance function.
- Collaborate with global teams on group-level reporting and strategic initiatives.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA, ACCA, CPA) or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in Africa or emerging markets.
- Strong understanding of IFRS, tax legislation, and financial controls.
- Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and complex financial operations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a multinational or group structure is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Tanzania and travel regionally as required.
