Job Summary
Key Focus Areas:
- Team Management – Manage and lead the TA professionals across the group
- Employee Development & Succession Planning
- Talent Acquisition and Performance Management – Design and implement recruitment strategies across the group, ensuring the attraction of top talent. Oversee the implementation and management of the Performance Management system to drive employee engagement and foster professional development.
Key Skills &
Requirements:
Education:
- Master`s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
Experience:
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in TA, HR and OD.
- Experience in recruiting and appointing board leadership roles.
- In-depth understanding of the Africa market or other frontier markets.
Industry Knowledge:
- Relevant experience in the manufacturing and/or trading/distribution sector is highly preferred.
