Job Summary
Key
Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage the finance department, ensuring efficient financial operations, compliance, and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
– Professional certifications (CPA, CFA, ACCA) are essential.
– Proven experience (around8+ years) in a senior financial management role.
– Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
– Knowledge of Botswana’s financial regulations and practices is a plus.
