Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimising performance marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and a passion for digital marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Own the lead generation for business and deliver Quality Leads.
- Come up with creative ideas in collaboration with the Creative team and implement.
- Master the landing Page optimization using tools like unbounce.
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Analyse campaign performance data and metrics to identify trends and insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance advertising.
Requirements:
- Bachelor`s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in paid marketing, preferably in an edtech company.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Certifications in Google Ads or other digital marketing platforms is a plus.
