Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records for property portfolios, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments Process and reconcile tenant and landlord accounts using MDA software Prepare monthly management reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and collections Reconcile bank statements and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for property operations Support external audits and liaise with auditors when required Ensure compliance with SARS requirements, VAT submissions, and other statutory obligations Provide financial insights to management for decision-making Requirements BK Diploma in Bookkeeping (or equivalent qualification) Minimum 3 years experience in the property industry with proven proficiency in MDA software Strong knowledge of property management accounting principles Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines Strong communication skills for liaising with tenants, landlords, and internal
