• Matric (With Core Mathematics)
• ERP System Certificate or experience

Requirements

• 2 – 5 Years’ experience in an internal sales administrative role with exceptional customer service skills
• Exposure to technical environment / ability to read technical drawings
• Competency with MS Office and an ERP system is essential
• Experience on Syspro will be an advantage
• Must have reliable transport

Duties

• Compile reports, spreadsheets and data management for customer base
• Provide support to the entire sales department
• Checking accuracy of purchase orders and processing of orders
• Compiling of costings and quotes to customers
• Checking material availability before quoting
• Assistance with the processing of tenders
• Working on customer portals to monitor customer requests for quote, submitting quotes, receiving orders, submitting invoices
• Support to external sales team for social events
• Attend sales conferences offsite with possible travel for these events

• Matric with Mathematics (Mathematical Literacy is not acceptable)

Requirements

• 2 – 5 Years’ experience within a technical manufacturing environment – processing customer orders, providing excellent service, and supporting the sales team to ensure smooth operations
• Must have the ability to calculate dimensions and read basic technical drawings
• Experienced on ERP system such as Syspro
