Job Summary
- Matric (With Core Mathematics)
- ERP System Certificate or experience
Requirements
- 2 – 5 Years’ experience in an internal sales administrative role with exceptional customer service skills
- Exposure to technical environment / ability to read technical drawings
- Competency with MS Office and an ERP system is essential
- Experience on Syspro will be an advantage
- Must have reliable transport
Duties
- Compile reports, spreadsheets and data management for customer base
- Provide support to the entire sales department
- Checking accuracy of purchase orders and processing of orders
- Compiling of costings and quotes to customers
- Checking material availability before quoting
- Assistance with the processing of tenders
- Working on customer portals to monitor customer requests for quote, submitting quotes, receiving orders, submitting invoices
- Support to external sales team for social events
- Attend sales conferences offsite with possible travel for these events
