Key
Responsibilities:
– Office Setup: Oversee the complete office establishment process, including logistics, infrastructure, and vendor coordination.
– HR & Talent Development: Lead recruitment efforts, manage employee relations, and create development strategies for talent retention.
– Financial & P&L Management: Ensure the office`s financial success by managing budgets, controlling costs, and driving profitability.
– Operations & Marketing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational processes and implement marketing initiatives for business growth.
– Compliance & Legal: Ensure adherence to local labour laws, handle work permits and manage legal requirements for local and international staff.
Qualifications & Skills:
– A degree in Engineering is essential, ideally in design engineering.
– MBA or similar qualifications are an advantage.
– Strong background in design engineering, especially within the automotive industry.
– Excellent financial management skills, including P&L and budgeting experience.
– Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Willingness to travel internationally as required.
