Job Summary

We are a dynamic boutique architectural practice in Sea Point, Cape Town, seeking an Architectural Technologist to join our team. Specializing in residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects both locally and internationally, we value creativity, collaboration, and sustainable design.Key Responsibilities:- Develop technical drawings and construction details.- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.- Assist with site inspections and progress monitoring.- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.- Contribute to sustainable design solutions.Requirements:- Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology.- Minimum 2 years experience, with a strong project portfolio.- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.- Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus.What We Offer:- Creative, collaborative work environment.- Exposure to diverse, exciting projects.- Competitive salary and flexible working conditions.- Career growth and professional development.
