Job Summary

Key Responsibilities: Manage diaries, emails, travel bookings, and meetings Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations Maintain accurate records and CRM (Sales Evolution) data Handle correspondence, queries, and general office admin Assist with quotes, sales follow-ups, and client communications Support marketing and materials preparation as needed Requirements: Proven experience in a similar admin role Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Pastel Evolution Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks Professional, discreet, and dependable Â
