Receptionist Ballito | Luxury Boutique Hotel & Spa | Salary R8,500 R10,500 Negotiable DOE Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional and guest-focused Receptionist to join a luxury boutique hotel and spa in Ballito. The successful candidate will ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for all guests, supporting both front desk operations and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Ensure guest satisfaction and comfort at all times Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes Process accurate payments for guest accounts Respond promptly to guest questions and requests Answer and forward telephone calls Manage bookings and reservations for accommodation, dining, and spa services Run daily night audits and complete daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting Maintain a tidy and organised front desk and workspace Assist with administrative and clerical tasks, including stock ordering, receiving, and stocktaking Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel as a receptionist or in guest services Matric certificate; hotel school qualification or equivalent preferred Proficient in Opera (preferably Opera Cloud), Micros, and Microsoft Office Strong numeracy and administrative skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude under pressure Excellent organisational and multitasking skills Professional appearance and attitude Package: Salary R8,500 R10,500, negotiable depending on experience Opportunity to work in a prestigious luxury boutique hotel and spa environment
