Requirements:
– Bachelor`s Degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field Master`s degree or professional certification (e.g., ICSA, CPA) is a plus Proven experience in a similar role, with in-depth knowledge of Corporate Governance, Compliance regulations, and Tax regulations Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills Analytical mindset with attention to detail Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Duties:
– Corporate Governance Board Support Compliance Management Tax Compliance Policy Development Risk Assessment Training Reporting Liaison with regulatory authorities
