About the Role
The Business Optimisations Facilitator will collaborate closely with key departmental stakeholders to understand and map both the ‘As Is’ and ‘To Be’ processes across the organisation, focusing on documenting, analysing, and streamlining workflows to ensure cross-functional alignment and prepare these processes for automation.

- Streamline workflows to improve operational efficiency
- Ensure cross-functional alignment of processes
- Prepare processes for automation
- Develop version-controlled, standardised workflows
Requirements
- Senior Certificate / Grade 12 — Essential
- Relevant tertiary qualification (BBA, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field) — Essential
- Business Analysis Certification — Desirable
- Agile Certification — Desirable
- 3–4 years’ experience in business process modelling/workflows — Essential
