A branded exclusive wholesale distribution company is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to keep their Office running smoothly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity to assist their employees with diverse projects and provide general Administrative support.
A branded exclusive wholesale distribution company is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to keep their Office running smoothly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity to assist their employees with diverse projects and provide general Administrative support.
- MATRIC Certificates
- Previous Admin Assistant experience is welcomed
- MUST be able to speak English and Afrikaans
- Answer phones and greet visitors.
- MUST have Basic Computer Skills (be able to work on a Computer)
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings.
- Collate and distribute mail.
- Prepare communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
- Write and edit communications, from letters to reports and instructional documents.
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Manage Accounts and perform Bookkeeping.
- WORKING HOURS ARE MONDAY TO SATURDAY. (Saturdays are half-day)
