HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR Bellville Our client is an internationally recognised grower, packer and exporter of citrus and grapes. The various farms and packhouses are situated across the Western Cape. The company has a vacancy for a HR Administrator based at their headoffice in Bellville. Growth, quality, innovation, adaptability and a can-do mindset are key values of our client. An alignment with these aspects is important in appointments as every team member plays a crucial role in the business success and sustainability. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with recruitment processes Coordinating onboarding and offboarding of employees Prepare HR reports, statistics, and documentation as required Assist in coordinating training, CSI & wellness initiatives and HR related events Handle employee queries related to policies, leave and benefits Ensure compliance with company policies, labour legislation, and internal HR procedures Provide general administrative support to the HR Manager and HR team. REQUIREMENTS: Relevant HR qualification (degree or diploma) At least 6 years’ HR admin experience Strong organisational and MS Office skills Confidential, accurate & people focussed Agricultural industry expereince is advantageous Willingness to travel as required TO APPLY: If you’re interested in this opportunity, please:
