About the Role

FROGG Recruitment is seeking a Junior Bookkeeper to join our client’s team in Bellville, Cape Town. As a Junior Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for assisting with financial administration, invoicing, debtors, and creditors. You will also perform adhoc bookkeeping duties and have the opportunity to work with XERO and Excel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with financial administration
  • Invoicing
  • Debtors management
  • Creditors management
  • Reconcile bank accounts
  • Load payments for suppliers
  • Reconnaissance of supplier payments
  • Adhoc Bookkeeping duties

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience as a Junior Bookkeeper or in a related field
  • Proficient in financial administration and bookkeeping principles
  • Experience with XERO and Excel is an added bonus

Qualifications

  • Formal education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree)
