About the Role
Managed People Solutions is offering a dynamic Internship Programme designed to equip unemployed youth with essential skills and hands-on experience. This 18-month N6 TVET Internship or 12-month NCV Level 4 Internship opportunity will allow you to gain valuable industry knowledge, improve your employability, and work alongside seasoned professionals in the retail sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine stock to be merchandised
- Draw stock requirements
- Check vintage, product quality on the shelf, stock rotation, and price tags
- Execute merchandising activities as per cycle brief
- Feedback on customer complaints, queries, and requests
- Communicate and upkeep knowledge of product and promotions
- Effectively record merchandising activities
- Execute calls as per call cycle
- Advice RSM on out-of-stock products
Requirements
- Between the ages of 18 and 28 years
- N6 TVET Certificate (Business Management, Marketing Management, Management Assistant.)
- NCV Level 4 (Business, Management, Office Administration, IT, Finance, Marketing)
- No prior work experience required
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a professional environment

Salary & Benefits
Stipend: R3500 per month
