Job Summary

Our client is seeking a fluent Angolan Portuguese-speaking candidate to provide customer service and support within a fast-paced business environment. The role focuses on handling inquiries, offering light coaching, and ensuring positive member experiences , with some administrative support for the teams operations. Key Responsibilities Respond to inquiries promptly, delivering excellent customer service. Support the division through light administrative tasks and member follow-ups. Communicate updates and resources clearly to assist members in achieving their goals. Ensure all interactions are positive, professional, and solutions-oriented . Desired Experience & Qualification Grade 12 or equivalent . Relevant diploma or degree preferred. Fluent in Angolan Portuguese and English , with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages. 2-3 years of experience in customer service, business development, or a related field . Competencies Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities . Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships. Goal-oriented with a positive and proactive mindset. Adaptable, self-aware , and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Capable of working independently while providing support and assistance as needed.
