About the Role

AGL group is seeking an experienced Tele-Sales Marketing Sales Representative to join our team in Bellville. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective telesales strategies and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to existing and new customers to promote AGL group’s products and services.
Handle objections and negotiate deals to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Utilize industry knowledge of warehousing, logistics, or retail supply chains to provide value-added solutions to clients.

Requirements

Proven tele-sales experience (inside sales, call center, or B2B phone-based).
Industry exposure to warehousing, logistics, or retail supply chains is an advantage.
Excellent phone communication and confident objection handling skills.
Strong relationship-building and fast rapport skills.
Friendly, bubbly, target-driven, resilient, and self-managed personality.

Qualifications

Advantages: 1-3 Years of telesales experience.
