Efficiency Staffing Solutions (Pty) Ltd Registration No. 2022/876857/07 Job Advert Duties & Responsibilities Operate and set up CNC lathes and milling machines to produce precision-engineered components. Read, interpret, and work from technical drawings and job specifications. Select correct tooling, fixtures, and speeds for various materials. Conduct quality checks using measuring instruments such as micrometres, verniers, and gauges. Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure safe operation of all CNC equipment. Maintain close tolerances and high-quality surface finishes in all machined parts. Troubleshoot machine or program issues and make necessary adjustments. Adhere to company health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workstation. Experience & Qualification Trade Test Certificate: CNC Machinist / Fitter & Turner / Toolmaker or equivalent. National Senior Certificate (Matric). Minimum 35 years CNC machining experience in the metal or engineering environment. Proficient in programming and operating CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens, or similar). Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately. Strong understanding of machining processes and material properties. Must be a local candidate (Pretoria or surrounding areas).
