An East Rand Property Management Company requires an Intermediate Administrator to take partial control of Sectional Title and Homeowner Associations.Responsibilities include:-Liaison with owners and Scheme Executives-Partial Administration of various schemes-Invoice, Statement and document distribution.-Record keeping, archiving, and filing. -Liaison with service providers, quotes, invoices -Updating of clients database-Communication with all role players-Following up with arrears-Payment of services -Maintaining records and minute books-Time management working under pressure. -Confidentiality, tact, and discretion Minimum RequirementsGrade 121 Year AdministrativeFluent in English (Read and write)Good communicatorComputer literate (Word and Excel)High accuracy levelsProblem solvingGood co-ordination skillsNegotiation skillsNonsmokerEast Rand Residency.
