About the Role
Affinity Life Limited is seeking a motivated and energetic Telesales Representative to join our team in Benoni. As a crucial member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and converting them into sales through outbound calls to potential customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads
- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities
- Follow up on leads and close sales
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and outcomes
- Provide excellent customer service, answer questions and resolve customer complaints
Requirements
- Previous experience in telesales or sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Proficient in using sales and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent (Note: If no formal education mentioned, SKIP this entire section)
Salary & Benefits
