Plant Manager required for a water treatment company based in Bethal (Mpumalanga) This position is open to South African citizens only. Reporting to: Operations Manager (Area) Role Purpose Manage and implement operational systems, processes and monitoring activities for the Elders Water Treatment Plant, ensuring efficient performance, client satisfaction and plant availability. Maintain high client service standards and conduct regular client feedback meetings. Compile monthly plant reports and attend client meetings. Monitor plant health and intervene proactively to ensure optimal availability. Report effectively to the Area Operations Manager.
