Quality Crate Manufacturers is a leading producer of high-performance plastic crates for the bakery, dairy, agricultural, and beverage sectors. We are looking for an experienced Production & Operations Manager with strong injection moulding expertise to lead our high-volume manufacturing plant. What You’ll Do: • Oversee all production & injection moulding operations • Manage schedules, output, and efficiency • Lead and motivate production teams • Ensure top-tier product quality • Drive SHE compliance (Safety, Health & Environment) • Improve cycle times, reduce scrap & boost performance • Work closely with maintenance for machine reliability • Submit weekly & monthly production reports What We’re Looking For: • 5 – 10 years in plastics/injection moulding • Proven leadership in high-volume production • Strong technical knowledge of machines, moulds & tooling • OHS understanding • Excellent planning, communication & problem-solving skills • MS Office proficiency Bonus Qualifications: • Diploma/Certificate in Production, Operations or Engineering • Injection moulding/plastics training or certification The Ideal Candidate: Reliable, hands-on, detail-oriented and committed to maintaining a safe, efficient and high-performing environment.
