About the Role

Join our client’s privately owned, fast-paced and growing transport company as a Fleet Controller, where you’ll play a vital role in coordinating vehicle movements, supporting drivers, and ensuring that the fleet runs smoothly and on schedule.

Requirements

  • Matric
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Experience as a Fleet Controller (advantageous but not required)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
  • Basic understanding of transport regulations and route planning
  • Willing to work 12-hour shifts and long hours
  • Responds to constructive feedback with maturity and willingness to improve

Salary & Benefits

R 20 000 – R 23 000 CTC (depending on experience)
