HR officer/ generalist Bfn The individual must have a broad knowledge of human resource functions, from hiring to onboarding and evaluation as well as HR policies and procedures, including Industrial Relations, Health & Safety, Skills Development and Employment Equity. The position will include a wide range of HR tasks, like organising training, administering leave and compiling HR policies. You will be responsible to ensure that all employee records are up-to-date and facilitate any HR related queries. Day-to-day administrative duties within the HR department. Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes. Co-ordination of induction and onboarding programmes. Plan and implement training of staff, supervisors or managers, as indicated by the Training Plan, or as requested from time to time. Collates information for Workplace Skills Plans and Annual Training Reports. Monitor the Training Plan for regionally and ensure that all training indicated is implemented. Administer and record employee leave. Draft HR policies and contracts. Promote HR programs and internal training Bilingual (English & Afrikaans). Grade 12. Relevant HR/IR qualification. Proven experience as an HR Generalist. Understanding of HR policies and procedures. Good knowledge of labour laws. Computer literacy Microsoft office & WindowsSalary depends on experience R18000 to R24000 + annuity
