Our client, a leading private education group is seeking an experienced HR Officer/Manager to support their dynamic school environment. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and staff development while promoting a positive and professional workplace culture.

Minimum requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Own vehicle
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Degree/Diploma in HR Management or Industrial Psychology
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in an HR Generalist or managerial role
• Previous experience within an educational or school environment is ESSENTIAL
• Proficient in MS Office, Payroll systems and HR systems

Remuneration:

R 20 000 – R 30 000 Cost to Company, depending on experience
