Job Description
Our client in the ICT sector is seeking a Sales Executive (Telesales) to join their team in Bloemfontein.
Responsibilities
- Receive email and telephonic enquiries.
- Quote as required within 4 hours of receiving enquiry.
- Follow up on quotes and process sales orders as needed.
- Call allocated customer base on regular basis.
- Cold call / aquire new clients on an ongoing basis.
- Attend all sales and product training as required.
- Complete daily customer call log sheets.
- Update customer database on an ongoing basis.
- Create sales plan approach for each major customer per product grp.
- Carry out any other instruction as required by Management.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- Internal Sales Within The IT/ICT Sector: 2 to 3 years.
- Knowledge Of Fincon System: 1 year or less.
- Matric/Senior Certificate.
- 1-3 years in the IT related field.
Additional
- Wanting sales as a career.
- Knowledge of Fincon System (advantage).
