Key Responsibilities

• Assist with property inspections, viewings, and client communications
• Support senior property managers with daily tasks and administration
• Learn and assist with lease management, tenant liaison, and property maintenance
• Coordinate and follow up on service providers and repairs
• Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant property legislation
• Perform general office duties and on-site support as needed

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written)
• Strong interest in the property industry
• Professional, presentable, and eager to learn
