- National Senior Certificate of equivalent NQF4.
- Trade Test Certificate.
- 3 years post trade experience.
- Strong mechanical and manufacturing experience.
- Experience in a food manufacturing industry will be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Daily routine inspections, repairs and maintenance of machines.
- Perform scheduled routine preventative maintenance and services.
- Diagnose root cause of mechanical malfunctions and repair.
- Stock control of parts required for Maintenance and reporting of low levels to the Maintenance
