• Provide SOP training to help build a skilled, safety-conscious and high-performing workforce.
• Conduct training needs assessments within production department.
• Provide the necessary guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ease new hires into their function.
• Deliver hands-on, practical training sessions focused on milling operations, food safety, quality standards and workplace safety.

Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate of equivalent to NQF4.
• SAGMA of GMF Accredited qualification.
• 15 years minimum Miller’s experience.
• Valid RSA driver’s license with own transport.
• Strong communication skills in English, Xhosa, Zulu and Sesotho are highly desirable.
