What you’ll be doing-Set up and operate plastic injection moulding machines to produce components to precise specifications-Monitor production runs and make adjustments to machine settings as required to maintain product quality-Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance-Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks-Maintain detailed production records and liaise with quality assurance to ensure compliance with industry standardsWhat we’re looking for-Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Plastic Injection Moulding -Extensive knowledge of plastic injection moulding processes, materials, and machinery, -Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve production issues-Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality-Effective communication and collaboration skills to work as part of a team-Relevant trade qualifications or certifications in plastic injection moulding or manufacturing.
