About the Role
A global manufacturing organisation is seeking a Line Lead to join their high-performance production environment. This 6-month contract to permanent position is ideal for a technically minded leader who enjoys working close to the production floor, developing teams, and driving operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance, including safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Take ownership of an assigned production line and play a key role in building a high-performing, autonomous team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and achieve business objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to production staff to ensure high levels of productivity and quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience in manufacturing operations or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of production processes and systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
