- Proven experience in sales administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in using HUBSPOT CRM and SAP Business One.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints efficiently.
Duties
- Ensuring leads and pipelines are active and up to date, and updating inventory and business partner details.
- Update and maintain inventory and business partner details in SAP Business One.
- Liaising with the Marketing Department to ensure all tools required for sales people are available and up to date, handling day-to-day operations, managing customer complaints, and organizing customer samples promptly and efficiently.
- Assist in daily operations to support the sales team and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Ensure customer samples are organized and delivered promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all sales activities and communications.
