• Assist with customer communication via email, calls, and CRM updates.
• Support the IT department with basic system queries, troubleshooting, and administrative tasks.
• Provide day-to-day support to the Sales Engineers.
• Assist the sales team with sales-related queries and customer requests.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth sales and IT operations.
• Contribute to general administrative and operational tasks as needed.

 
Minimum Requirements:

• 3rd-year student or recent graduate in Information Systems, IT / Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering.
• Basic exposure to IT systems and CRM software.
• Strong communication, confidence, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and manage tasks independently.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and professional work ethic.
