About the Role
Takora is seeking experienced Senior Contracts Managers to join our team in Boksburg. As a key member of our contracts management department, you will be responsible for leading and managing technical staff to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical staff to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement contracts management strategies to minimize risk and maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Negotiate and manage contracts with clients and suppliers
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve disputes and issues
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree or Bachelor of Technology Degree in Civil Engineering
- Registered with ECSA as a Professional Civil Engineer, Technologist, or Technician
- OR registered with SACPCMP as a Professional Construction Project Manager or Professional Construction Manager
- At least 10 years of experience in civil infrastructure projects (Roads, Stormwater, Bulk pipelines, Water and Sewer Reticulation, and Concrete Work)
- Proven ability to lead and manage technical staff
