Drive new business acquisition while ensuring the retention and growth of existing broker portfolios. Provide comprehensive support to brokers, including assistance with client claims, policy amendments, general enquiries, and administrative tasks related to personal and commercial short-term insurance. Manage the efficient processing of annual policy renewals for short-term insurance clients. Keep brokers informed of product updates, regulatory changes, and industry developments. Ensure full compliance with FAIS, FICA, POPIA, and all other applicable legislation and regulatory requirements. Serve as the key liaison between the company and brokers, as well as between brokers and their clients, to uphold a high standard of service delivery.
