ProStaffSelect are in search of a young and creative CHEF TOURNANT / JUNIOR SOUS CHEF who shows true initiative and determination in pursuing his/her dream in the culinary arts. While the food is described as casually elegant, production methods and culinary techniques used are highly advanced and require a chefs full attention and focus. This is an Eat Out awarded Top 10 Restaurant that operates with a small brigade of only 12 chefs but each member of the team is totally dedicated and passionate about their career and craft. REQUIREMENTS: Recognised 1 or 2 years FULL-TIME Cheffing Qualification. Minimum 3-years experience within a 5* hotel or leading fine dining team. Comfortable running and rotating between the three main sections of the kitchen. Ability to engineer and create individual courses as needed create your own list of purchases daily. Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills to HOST guests for evening Lodge service. Must be PASSIONATE about food, know your basics, display a positive attitude and truly excited about your cheffing career and goals.
