Job Description
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or Pastel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
- Experience with reconciliations, tax submissions, and payroll systems.
- Knowledge of HR support processes is advantageous.
- Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- ecord daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and other accounts.
- Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) in a timely manner.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment runs.
- Maintain organized records of financial documents and filing systems.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist with payroll processing and statutory submissions.
- Support accountants during audits and year-end close processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
