Requirements:
Grade 12 / Matric Minimum of 5 years experience in the automotive aftermarket industry essential (Toyota/Hino knowledge and experience will enjoy preference) Previous experience in a Parts Sales Manager/ Parts Sales Representative roll, in the automotive/commercial industry Knowledge of sales principles, methods, and techniques Valid Drivers License essential Must have contactable references Manage inventory, stock control and all administrative compliance Key Performance Indicators includes, but not limited to: Responsible for applying the Companys vision and business strategies to potential sales channels, developing new growth opportunities and assist in setting the sales targets Develops and implements systems to accurately forecast stock movement, secure smooth parts sales operation Supervise sales personnel which typically include performance evaluation, training, work allocation and problem resolution Plan, forecast, report on sales, according to department requirements by reviewing sales budgets and report back monthly on any concerns, issues, and general state of the department sales activities to the Dealer Principal Plan and implement marketing, sales, and promotional activities Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, e-mail and in person Attend to correspondence timeously, effectively, and efficiently Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
