About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning Partner Assistant to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As an administrative and client service support role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our financial planning practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and client service support to Financial Planners
- Assist with client onboarding and FICA compliance
- Process new business and investment transactions
- Prepare client review packs and financial reports
- Maintain accurate client records on CRM systems such as Xplan
- Liaise with product providers and internal teams
Requirements
- 23 years of experience in financial services/wealth administration
- Experience supporting financial planners or wealth advisors
- Knowledge of Xplan or similar financial planning system experience
- Familiarity with FAIS and FICA regulations
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications (if applicable)
