Job Summary
Compliance Assistant
Location: Bryanston, Johannesburg
Salary: R175,000 per annum
Are you passionate about precision and thrive in a structured environment? An established investment firm based in Bryanston, Johannesburg is seeking a Compliance Assistant to support their client onboarding and compliance processes. This is an exciting opportunity for a meticulous, proactive professional with a strong moral compass and an eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:

Full onboarding process for clients across various investment offerings
-
FICA collation and verification
-
Pre-populating client agreements
-
Assisting with preparation of client portfolio reviews (every 6 months)
-
Digital and physical filing of onboarding documentation
-
Providing ad hoc support to directors and management as required
Requirements:
-
12 years of experience in compliance, accounting, or administrative roles
-
Matric with a C+ aggregate minimum
-
Currently studying towards a compliance or financial qualification (advantageous)
-
Strong proficiency in mathematics
-
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
High attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills
-
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
-
Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and integrity
