Your Role

As a Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing key financial functions, preparing accurate financial reports, and supporting strategic decision-making. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance and drive financial performance.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee general ledger activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Manage cash flow and budgeting processes to maintain financial stability.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and resolving queries.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
• Monitor and ensure timely tax filings, VAT returns, and statutory obligations.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or CIMA) preferred.
• Proven experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
