Job Summary
Your Role
As a Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing key financial functions, preparing accurate financial reports, and supporting strategic decision-making. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance and drive financial performance.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee general ledger activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
- Manage cash flow and budgeting processes to maintain financial stability.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and resolving queries.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
- Monitor and ensure timely tax filings, VAT returns, and statutory obligations.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or CIMA) preferred.
- Proven experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
