Minimum requirements: Valid registration with SACPVP as a Candidate Valuer Relevant Diploma or Degree in Property Valuation/Real Estate Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle (non-negotiable) Proficient in valuation methodologies and financial analysis Proven experience compiling valuation reports and attending Valuation Appeal Board hearings Key Responsibilities: Must have the necessary qualifications, registration, and experience to handle valuations across Commercial, Residential, and Agricultural properties Compile accurate and detailed desktop valuation reports for various property types Conduct property inspections where required Perform thorough market research and apply findings effectively in valuations Prepare valuation reports in compliance with SACPVP standards and relevant legislation Represent clients professionally at Valuation Appeal Board hearings and related proceedings Manage multiple assignments efficiently and deliver reports within set deadlines Work effectively as part of a team, while maintaining accountability for individual tasks Consultant: Timiyah de Goede – Dante Personnel Johannesburg
