Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a Building Foreman or similar role
• Bachelors degree/ National Diploma in Construction Management
• At least 3 years of experience as a foreman
• Strong knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Familiarity with construction software packages
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Understanding of building products, construction details, and relevant regulations
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
