Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Cash flow and working capital management
- Preparation of the monthly management report packs and sales and marketing reports
- Provisions and accrual management and control
- Ensure a robust staff attraction, retention, and reward strategy
- Build and continue building a team culture that ensures absolute alignment with the greater goals of the business
- Ensure constructive performance management processes that are aimed at growing people
- Ensure that adequate training and development of staff is driven
- Drive the company’s brand into the market and maintain a presence
- Ensure that corporate brand identity is protected
- Effective PR and communications in the market
- Drive all internal and external marketing campaign
- Ensure that staff utilization is in line with budget and that maximum utilization is achieved
- Ensure work allocated is aligned with the aspirations of staff, availability, and capability
- Balance productivity with billing, revenue, and EBIT and ensure that utilization of staff results in meeting budgetary financial targets
- Develop new and existing client relationships and ensure either new business or sell-on work
- Provide support in and/or lead contract renewals
- Provide innovative supply chain solutions to clients that result in annuity-based revenue
- Ensure that the business delivers on the set strategy
- Formulate the business growth strategy
- Provide strategic direction and input into the next 35 years
- Provide strategic direction in relation to the attainment of growth within existing and new markets and or customers and ensure that the business delivers on this strategy
- Provide strategic direction in relation to markets, customers, competitors, regions, and countries that we should be in
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s client base in the logistics industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services to clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the logistics industry
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes to inform business development strategies
- Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure new business
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of BIL’s complete service offering, while ensuring clients needs are always met
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5 to 10 years Sales Experience in the 3/4 PL and/or Freight Forwarding Industry
- Proven track record in Freight Forwarding, Clearing, Contract Logistics and 3/4 PL
- E2E Supply Chain experience
- Demonstratable ability to manage and lead a team
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have a valid driver’s license
