ABOUT THE ROLE:We’re seeking a passionate Life & Mental Health Coach to lead our after-school extramural program. You’ll empower students with tools for emotional wellbeing, personal growth, and positive manifestation while creating a safe, supportive space for their mental health journey.WHAT YOU’LL TEACH: Vision boards and goal-setting Positive affirmations and self-talk Law of attraction and manifestation Emotional regulation and stress management Self-confidence and resilience building Mindfulness and grounding practices Healthy coping strategies Self-care and mental wellness toolsYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead weekly after-school coaching sessions Facilitate interactive workshops and group activities Create psychologically safe environments for students Teach anxiety and stress management techniques Guide students through vision board creation Support emotional intelligence development Model healthy mental wellness practices Communicate with parents and school staff as neededREQUIREMENTS: Life coaching or counseling training required Mental health background or training Experience working with students/youth Knowledge of manifestation and law of attraction Spiritually aware and grounded Strong group facilitation skills Empathetic, patient, and non-judgmental Ability to recognize when professional referral needed Police check for working with children First aid certification (preferred)IDEAL CANDIDATE: Passionate
