Job Description

Cape Town City Centre: ADMINISTRATION CLERK (For Law firm) x2Minimum Requirements:-Young, well presentable Afrikaans speaking preferably female, aged approximately 18 30 years (Specifically Non BEE/ Non AA female, as per firms current BEE requirements)-Afrikaans and English first & second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)-Matric / Grade 12 with good marks and university exemption a must (copy of Matric Certificate required)-Preferably candidate who Matriculated 2025-Computer literate in MS Office, with good typing skills (speed and accuracy)-Eager to learn and interested in a career in law-Must be willing to commit to a minimum of 1 year employment at firm -Must currently reside within daily commuting distance of Cape Town and able to attend an in-person interview -Non smoker-Stable employment record (no job hoppers)-To start as soon as possible Duties:-General administration duties for law firm (filing, faxing, data capturing, typing, opening of client files, correspondence with clients, e-mails etc.)Salary: R 8 000.00 R 10 000.00 gross maximum E-mail detailed CV in Word or PDF format (Not as a link) and indicate the following:- Reference CR2788; and – Your monthly gross salary expectation in context with amount offered; and-Forward/attach a recent photograph of yourself.INCOMPLETED APPLICATIONS OR APPLICATIONS NOT MEETING ALL MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS WILL BE DELETED WITHOUT ANY CONSIDERATION.
