Job Summary
BOUTIQUE RETAIL STORE MANAGER – Jewelry & Beauty
LOCTATION: Gardens, Cape Town
TRADING HOURS / SHIFTS:
- Monday to Friday 10am – 6pm
- Sat 10am – 4pm
- Sun 10am-2pm
- (45 hours per week / Shifts apply)
COST TO COMPANY & BENEFITS:
- R15,000 – R17,500 per month (BOE)
- Shift Allowance for Sundays work
- Performance Incentive Bonuses
STARTING DATE: ASAP / 01 February 2025
EMPLOYMENT TERMS: Full time
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- South African citizen
- Relevant Managerial experience in retail
- Excellent Client facing & interpersonal skills
- Leader and example to your team
- Ability to confidently and accurately run the day to day operations of a boutique retail space
- Computer savvy including Scheduling, Reports, Cash-Up, Forecasting and client relations
